Junk Food:Hazardous for health

 There are so many food chains like pizza,burger etc. They can be easily seen in the every metros and big cities. But unfortunately people forget the fact that the tasty food are often the worst for your body.

Junk food creates so many diseases like heart attack,diabetes, overweight, etc. Junk food leaves behind all the nutrition when it has been prepared . It contain fibre but in very  limited quantity. It also  leads to high blood sugar and high cholesterol. Junk food also contains added colors, preservatives and artificial sweeteners that might not be properly treated.

On the other hand, a health food not only supplies us with protein, minerals and essential nutrients but also many added benefits. So we should start consuming health food instead if junk foods.

Food that does not contain any artificial  substance called as health food and is therefore thought to be good for our health.
